Delivery

1.1   ALL PRODUCTS ORDERED WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS SPECIFIED BY THE BUYER.
1.2   THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RECEIVING THE GOODS AT THE GIVEN ADDRESS.
1.3   DELIVERY DATES ARE APPROXIMATIONS ONLY – STANDARD DELIVERY
TIME IS -14 WORKING DAYS. IN SOME CASES, THIS CAN TAKE 21 WORKING
DAYS.
1.4   ALL LOVE LIVING AND THIRD PARTY DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE ONLY PERMITTED TO DELIVER PRODUCTS TO THE DOOR HOWEVER IF IT’S A FLAT DELIVERY THE CHARGES WILL BE INCURRED FOR THE DOOR DELIVERY
1.5   IF THE BUYER FAILS TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY, THE SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE THE BUYER TO COVER THE COST OF THE FAILED DELIVERY.
1.6  WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY BLAME OR LIABILITY FOR CUSTOMERS REMOVING OR DISPOSING OF OLD GOODS. WE ADVISE TO ONLY DISPOSE OF ANY OLD GOODS AFTER DELIVERY OF NEW GOODS.
1.7 DELIVERIES MADE TO BUSINESS ADDRESSES WILL HAVE THE BUYERS AUTHORITY FOR ANYBODY IN THE BUILDING TO ACCEPT GOODS ON THE BUYERS BEHALF.
1.8 THE SELLER ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY ONCE GOODS HAVE BEEN SIGNED FOR AT THE REQUESTED ADDRESS.
1.9 IF YOUR DELIVERY IS HANDLED BY THIRD PARTY COURIERS, LOVE
LIVING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS OR ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
1.10 IF YOU ARE LIVING IN A FLAT OR APARTMENT, THE THIRD-PARTY
COURIERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO BRING THE BED UPSTAIRS TO YOUR DOOR. THERE IS A SURCHARGE OF £20 TO REQUEST THIS SERVICE – PLEASE REQUEST THIS SERVICE WHILE PLACING YOUR ORDER
1.11 LOVE LIVING AND THIRD PARTY DRIVERS WILL NOT ASSEMBLE ANY ORDERS. THE ASSEMBLY IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

1 AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER YOU HAVE A 24 HOURS COOLING OFF PERIOD TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. ONCE THE 24 HOUR COOLING OFF PERIOD HAS EXCEEDED, YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED.
1.1 IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER THE 24 HOURS COOLING OFF PERIOD, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF £100.
1.2 IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE AND WISH TO RETURN YOUR BED ONCE DELIVERED, IT MAY BE POSSIBLE AT MANAGERS DISCRETION TO EXCHANGE THE BED TO THE VALUE HOWEVER, THIS WILL INCUR IN A HANDLING FEE OF £250 TO COVER THE DELIVERY CHARGES & ANY OTHER COST INVOLVED.
1.3  TO CANCEL AN ORDER THE BUYER SHOULD CONTACT US VIA EMAIL OR BY TELEPHONE.
1.4   IF THE ORDER IS CANCELLED, WE WILL REFUND THE VALUE OF PRODUCTS WITHIN 14 DAYS ( UNDER CLAUSE 1).
1.5   REFUND WILL ONLY BE GIVEN ON ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD – NO EXCEPTION WILL BE MADE.
1.6   ANY DELIVERY CHARGES INCURRED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
1.7  ANY COURIER CHARGES MAY APPLY.
1.8   ANY ORDERS CANCELLED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO DISPATCH, NO CHARGES WILL INCUR.
1.9  ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS OR DISCONTINUED MODELS ARE RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
