Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom based in Bradford.

What are your showroom hours?

Monday – 10:30am – 5:30pm
Tuesday – 10:30am – 5:30pm
Wednesday – 10:30am – 5:30pm
Thursday – 10:30am – 5:30pm

Saturday – 10:30am – 5:30pm
Sunday – Appointments only

Please note times may vary on Bank Holiday.

Can I customise my bed frame?

Yes, you can customise your bed frame by choosing your choice of fabrics e.g, soft velvet, soft fabric naple and dove soft fabric which are available in a selection of colours.

Can I choose matching buttons or diamante on my bed frame?

Yes, you also have the choice of adding matching buttons or Diamanté to your bed frame.

How do I alter my order such as headboard height or split headboard?

Yes, you can add this alternation on the website while ordering your bed and choose the different height option and split headboard option. (Please note: Split headboard option does help if your access is restricted due to ceiling height etc.)

How does the delivery process work?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from the Love Living team to make you aware via email. Prior to delivery you will receive a telephone call or email from the third-party courier’s team to arrange the delivery and you will be also given a time slot.

What are your delivery times after placing the order?
  • Fabric Samples – 1-5 working days.
  • Beds, Mattresses, and Accessories – 10-14 working days (this may vary depending on your postcode).
  • Sofas – 3-4 weeks.
  • All delivery timescales are approximate and location dependant.
What if my delivery gets cancelled/delays or missing a delivery?

Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery however Love Living will not be responsible as we use third party couriers. Love Living will try their best to help as much as possible but won’t be able to guarantee anything. The third-party couriers wouldmake arrangements accordingly if the delivery got cancelled.

If you miss your delivery date/time for any reason and we are forced to rearrange delivery, there may be a charge of £50 to cover the cost.

How do I order some fabric samples?
  • Fabric samples are free of charge and take 1-5 working days to arrive.
  • Click on the ‘Request samples’ on the website and follow the instructions.
Can you hold my order until I move in?

Yes, we can keep a hold of your bed for however long you need. We just need at least 7 working days’ notice prior to delivery so we can arrange this.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

No, we do not deliver outside the UK. You can arrange your courier service to collect, if possible, speak to our team via Instagram or contact us page for further information.

Do you offer finance/monthly instalments?

Yes, we offer Klarna, Clearpay and Paypal credit to make monthly payments on your purchases.

Do you offer assembly?

Yes, we do offer assembly however, this needs to be requested as it’s done by a third party. This service can be requested whilst you purchase your order and there will be an additional charge depending on your bed.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, We do and the lead time is between 3-7 working days.

Do you offer weekend delivery?

Yes, We do. However there will be an extra delivery charge.
